Our Missions
Rebecca Bleibaum and Julien Delarue put together their passion and expertise in Sensory and Consumer Science in order to foster connection and exchange about how our senses contributes in many of our decisions and behaviors. The ‘Sensory Hub’ takes root in UC Davis where Sensory and Consumer Science existed for a long time. It’s the perfect starting point for extending the influence of the discipline in California and beyond.
